on the iphone 6 I got a notice 'phone is severely damaged by 6 viruses' sent by cnf-appl.com, is this legit?

is this message from apple or to be ignored & reported?

Such messages are scams from criminals. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
