I tried to add Apple Gift card to my iTunes instead it charged another $25 to my credit card on file!

How do I get this refunded from Apple and apply my 3!! gift cards to my Apple act.?

If it's an iTunes or App Store gift card see the linked instructions I gave (Apple Store gift cards can't be used with iTunes).

For the charge : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

Yes, I found that after I had already charged another $25, but it did not work for me, because I have emailed gift cards, I could not determine which number is the "coupon" or "card" number to enter them. I tried several on the invoice, to no avail. Can you tell me where to find the coupon or gift card number?

I really would like to be reimbursed for the accidental charge when trying to apply the gift cards, is that possible? Thank you, Islebabe
