Music can be synced from your iPhone, and then can be listed to by pairing a Bluetooth headphone to the Watch. Go to the Watch app on the iPhone and you can select individual songs, artists, or playlists from the iPhone. Listen to music, podcasts, and audiobooks on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
