Lost password for screen time

I need to reset the passcode for my child’s screentime restrictions on her iPhone XR. It’s been reset (by a friend) and we can not figure out or change the code to put her restrictions back in place.

If you cannot remember the original passcode, you cannot change it without restoring the iPhone to factory and setting it up as new. You cannot use a backup, as the passcode is in the device backup. Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
