iTunes purchases

whenever I go to buy something it keeps saying “purchase cannot be completed” and tells me to visit iTunes support for more information. Any idea what to do?

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
