Hello, we just bought a new iPhone through Verizon and didn’t know if we were eligible for the free TV.

It doesn’t matter where you buy the eligible device. I got a new iPad Air 3 for Christmas that was purchased from Best Buy and I activated the free one year membership in the Apple TV app on the iPad.
