Permanent marks on macbook screen (cant be removed with microfibre cloth)

I have trouble removing some marks on one of my old macbooks (Macbook pro 15" Late 2013 16GB RAM, 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7). I seems like a lot of people are experiencing these kind of marks - and they cant be removed? might be marks from keyboard or marks that might come from cleaning the screen?

Anyone knows the solution?

That looks to me like the anti-reflective coating is failing.
