New MacBook Air m1 screen

Small dots appear on the MacBook screen from nowhere

And they are not wiped off with a rag for glasses

It's definitely not dust, moisture didn't get on it, what is it?

And is it possible to get rid of it?

Are these spots on the surface of the screen, or part of the display image?

The screen has a glossy surface. Go to a dark screen (Power down or Sleep the screen) and view with oblique reflected light. If you can see the spots something has probably sprayed the screen. Get a soft microfibre cloth slightly damped with cold water and gently wipe at a small area of the screen. If the spots start to clear (or even just start to smear) you know how to clear them.

Please try this with just cold water, don't be tempted to use any kind of solvent or spray glass cleaner.
