Safari beach balls several times forcing me to reload it

Does Safari suck or what? Every morning it beach balls several times forcing me to reload it. It moves glacially as well. I've erased my history, shut down extensions. It still *****. I matched it against Chrome. No contest. Oh, and I can't use my internet banking because it insists that I have cookies disabled. I don't.

Most of the banking sites may require the user to disable " Prevent cross-site tracking" feature

in additions to allowing cookies and pop-ups.

To allow pop-up windows, visit the banking site, click Safari in the menubar

and choose "Settings for This Website".

When the menu opens up, click inside the box next to Pop-up Windows", and choose "Allow".

Slow Safari?

Run EtreCheck and post the report here.

      https://etrecheck.com

Click “Free Download” button,  open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

Click on the bouncing  EtreCheck icon in the Dock.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” .

      Paste it into the reply.

For the cookies, if you are using Safari version 13.0.4, others are seeing the same thing. It seems to be a bug in the newest Safari 13 version.
