Can’t change region

Hi. I can’t change region for my apple id because i have Apple Music. And now i cancelled it but till 1.26 it will be

what should i do?

If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
