Miscellaneous charges piggy backing from actual app purchases?

So i noticed on my bank statements that there were random charges of $3.49 but i know app purchases i made can’t equal to the amount. on top of that i cross referenced my purchases and checked my purchase history and it doesn’t show up in my purchase history but it was charged and posted on my bank. could it be possible that someone hacked my account and is using my credit card ?

i tried to contact tech support for apple and they were useless

See : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

If you can't find the charges on any iTunes account you have linked to the card contact the card issuer
