When I delete all mail from the Apple Mail program will my mail remain in Gmail?

Is it from Mac / or iPhone , apple mail application is configured with web account using gmail services , the mails are moved into the trash , however you keep the settings delete them in particular days , it depends upon your service provider to keep the mails for number of days in gmail web account they are deleted after 30 days https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7401?co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&hl=en&oco=0

if there are two accounts say example1@gmail.com and example2@icloud.com in your system preferences - internet accounts and you delete the mails from gmail account the mail will be move to trash folder of it , in the same way for icloud account .

All mails are set up in web mail account .
