No, not directly.
If you know someone with Logic Pro X and the full Library, he/she may let you explore the Library. Another option could be to go to an Apple Store. They may let you sit and explore. Better to bring headphones in that case.
The Sound Library is huge. Don't expect to look at everything in one session.
