Apple Music billing problem

Hello, I have my Apple Music bilking attached to my boyfriends bank card. I have the individual plan for $9.99 a month supposedly... I haven’t checked much into it until my boyfriend mentioned he was getting charged $8.53 twice a week from Apple? And then sometimes it will be $17.00? I am just confused as to why they are charging me weekly and different amounts sometimes. I only have one thing from Apple that they should bill me for and that is my music, for $9.99 a month. Has anyone had this problem before? And can anyone explain how they fixed it?
