When I click "Get Started" on an email with family sharing invitation, I get the following:
"To accept, open this invitation in the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, and click the Get Started button."
How do I join a family sharing on non-Apple device like a Windows PC and Android phone?

To give you a bit of background, my wife accidentally deleted me from our family sharing. She sent an invitation to try to add me back. However, when I clicked "Get Started" on the email invitation, even though it took me to the iCloud.com page, it only tells me that I need to be on an Apply device. Unfortunately, I'm not using any Apple device. I have a PC and an Android phone. I even tried to login to my email using my wife's iMac to no avail. How do I get back to my wife's family sharing account so I can use Apple music? Thanks.

Thanks for clarifying. Let's have you have her check to make sure that the subscription still shows as a family plan for Apple Music.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
If when you check here it still shows as a family plan and you're still unable to accept the invitation, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support.
