Need to restore OS 15.2. In my iMac. Can’t remember how

Boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down). Select Reinstall OSX from the menu of options.

I found it just as I was reading this. I am trying to install OS again. Last time I did this it froze on me.
If i does’t work this time I want to reset PRAM...which I also forgot how to do. Some help with this please.
