Mac Mini Late 2012 Apps and computer crashing randomly

Hi, i upgraded to an SSD and 16GB memory about a year ago and everything was fine until about last september when apps -Google Chrome, Minecraft, etc- started to crash randomly or unresponsive. Computer as well. Now it happens at least once a day. I run the EtreCheck report included below. I can't run Apple Diagnostics for some reason.

What brand of memory did you install? Is it guaranteed to be Mac compatible? Macs can be very picky about the memory they use so most contributors here will only suggest purchasing memory Crucial or OWC.

You should create a bootable Memtest86 USB drive using Etcher (Mac/Windows/Linux) to test your memory. Option Boot the USB drive and select the orange icon labeled "EFI".
