Files app won’t redownload on my iPad
I recently discovered on my tablet that I could not open my files app. So I tried deleting and downloading the app again on the App Store however my iPad won’t download it again.

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device
If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
