I have an iTunes account I've added credit on my account in order to log in Apple TV+ because this is what it says in the website and because it's possible but I can't
there is a page that appears to want me to enter a code I used the code but nothing is working
Please help

The problem is the payment when registered and everything ( to watch Apple TV, free week first ) at a certain point
there is [a credit card payment requested ]while there is no need cause the payment can be done through "idea"l payment as it says in the website ( as I am in the Netherlands EU )
I shouldn't be calling Apple for an issue that is not suppose to be one
( calls are expensive and putting u in hold can last forever)

Seriously? If I had to do that I wouldn't ask for help online in the first place
it is suppose to be easy
I don't have to watch Apple TV anyway
So complicated sometimes
the problem is not solved
If you genuinely want to resolve this then it's worth the couple of minutes it would take to call Apple.
Calls are expensive?? Ever heard of calling plans that don't charge by the call? Also, the last several times I phoned AppleCare my call was picked up immediately.
