Unable to disconnect or forget unrecognized bluetooth device

My iPhone shows a connected Bluetooth device that I don't recognize and it doesn't give me the option to disconnect or forget it. I don't have an installed configuration profile and haven't downloaded any new apps. How can I get rid of it? How is it possible that it connected without my permission?

Hello,

Hmm, don't know.

Try turning Bluetooth off and restarting the phone. Then turning Bluetooth back on.
