I have a problem, I can’t find the FaceTime in my device and I can’t also download it I don’t know what’s the problem.

On your iPhone , tap the phone handset icon to open it. In the middle at the bottom of the page, tap Contacts, then select any contact that you believe is contactable by whatever means i.e. Message, Facetime audio calls, Facetime video calls or Email.
You should see this display below their name:
That is how you make Facetime calls to contacts, either audio only, or Video calls. If you wish to make a video call, just tap on the third icon along and you should get through straightaway.
