Hi there,

Go to the blue folder icon on your device, that’s iCloud, open iCloud Drive on the left hand side. All your files should be in view on the right hand side, either in folders or as files. Depending on how you saved your files in folders or not. Select and delete files. They will be moved to recently deleted, open recently deleted and delete again. Alternatively purchase more space.

Also remember that the space available on your iPad has nothing to do with the space available in iCloud - they are two separate things. You can purchase more space for iCloud, but you cannot do anything about the iPad; if you get low on space there, all you can do is to move files elsewhere or delete tham. And, depending on how you have it set up, make sure you do not delete anything from iCloud that you might want later.
