Major Dolby Vision Issue with Apple TV 4K

I have a top end LG TV, using top end HDMI Cables and the Dolby Vision on Apple TV 4K isn’t working. The colors are horrible, blurred, it’s really bad. Yet, if I just go off my tv streaming utilizing apps like Netflix, VUDU, AMAZON PRIME, Dolby Vision works great. When I utilize my Dolby Vision Blue Ray DVD Player it’s an amazing picture with no issues. Does anyone have a solution or is Apple aware and working on a solution and update?
