I recently switched to fontagent pro. I have some fonts available in Word 365 that I cannot find. I have pretty much tried my whole Library folder, as well as every other location on the mac. Where could these fonts reside?

As mentioned, they're in each of the application packages themselves.

Right click on any one of the Office apps (Word, Excel, etc.) in the Applications folder and choose Show Package Contents. In the window that opens, go to the Contents/Resources/DFonts folder.

In Office 365 (also 2016 and 2019) each application package has over 263 font files within them. Only the Office apps can see these fonts.

If you want to use them with your other apps, you can copy a set out. Some of the copied fonts will need to be deleted as they are duplicates of those already installed by the OS, such as Arial, Times, Verdana and others.
