all system upgrades come with message that is damaged and unable to install

I am trying to upgrade my 2013 Mac Pro with operating system Sierra 10.12.6, to anything higher. Every thing I attempt thought App Store comes with a message: "This copy of the Install macOS (name) application is damaged, and can't be used install macOS.

I've tried High Sierra, Mohave and Catalina. The only reason I was doing this was to run TurboTax

Thoughts?

Mac Pro, macOS 10.12

TurboTax2019 will run on High Sierra. Sounds like the certificate is old, expired. Restart your Mac and download from here:

Get macOS High Sierra

Get macOS Mojave

Get macOS Catalina
