How do I upgrade my OS with my mid-2010 MacBook Pro 13? I am told that Catalina is not compatible. Is there a way to get an older version of MacOS, that is more recent than Sierra? I would like to upgrade my MBP to the most recent compatible version to run some newer software.
I currently have Sierra 10.12.6

Tried this on Apple site and I get a pop up saying "This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra application I damages, and can't be used to install macOS.
