My MBP Retina I7 early 2013 with MAC OS 10.13.6 High Sierra need to updated to most relevant MACOS revision.
Big Sur is obviously not compatible to MBP Retina I7 early 2013.
3, Where can I find the most recent MacOs Revision compatible to my machine

Another common concern: if in installing you get a message saying something is danged, it only means the new installer found an older, out-dated version of itself in your Applications folder. Deleting the old one should allow normal updating.

Early 2013 are qualified for Catalina, but Not Big Sur.
Late 2013 used a more-capable graphics processor and are supported for Big Sur.
