Macbook Pro asking me to reset password before logging inP

My Macbook Pro is for some reason asking me to reset my password before I can log in to my user. It looks very shady and features text in a language I do not understand. I don’t want to enter a new password as I don’t trust this screen. Is there anything I can do to try to reboot the computer or something?

Sorry for the bad English - not a native speaker.

If there is an "Exit" button at the bottom left of the window click it to see if it allows you to continue to log in.

You can also try a PRAM reset (hold the PRAM reset for a full minute so it activates several times).
