Apple TV 4K

My new Apple TV 4K keeps asking for a password for a user name (my son) that I can not find to delete.

If you do not know the password then please reset the device and start over per Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings

It’s pretty sad when you up grade to a brand new Appletv 4K for $200 and I can not access YouTube or even change or delete the user ( ie my son ) who does not live here without getting his Apple password. I reset the Appletv many times but it still keeps asking me for his password. He not even listed as a user

that I could delete him...so it just keeps

going around and around asking for his password... pretty bad... can not even

change YouTube to my username or

anybody else until I put in his password.

There are no options. Sounds like

YouTube and Appletv have not resolved

some issues. Did not and do not have

this problem with the other three

Appletv except this brand new one.

Since this is a new purchase you have 3 months of telephone support. Two years if you have Apple Care.

Call Apple and ask them to help you with this.

call (800) MY-APPLE(800-692-7753), Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time; Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; closed on Sunday.

or Contact Support but I find the above option much quicker.
