Is there any way i can locate my stolen iphone?

if you turned on Find my iPhone BEFORE it was stolen, and it is powered on, and it is connected to a data source, and whoever stole it hasn’t removed the SIM, put it in a shielded container, or put it in Airplane mode you can use a web browser and log in to https://icloud.com/find and you should be able to see its location.

Assuming you do see it’s location what is your next action? Going to its location is not a good option; it could get you killed. And if it was fenced (as most stolen phones are) it’s probably on the other side of the world by now.
