Apple Watch pairing

Hi!

Just bought an Apple Watch 5.

Because of my tough job, I don't want to use my iPhone 11 Pro but instead my old iPhone 7.

ao I'm only using my 11 after work, days of and weekends.

So the questing is - What's the easiest way to switch the watch over from one phone to the other?

And what happens to my settings, notifications and workout tracker if I jump between my phones?

You cannot pair an Apple watch with two individual phones. You would have to unpair the watch each time you wish to switch, and then set it up as new or from a backup. That would wipe everything from the Watch. The Watch is not made to pair with two different iPhones.
