I can’t reinstall OS X there is no start up disk present to proceed

Please attempt to reuse set the NVRAM and to restart in Safe Mode. If both fail, the next step is restarting in the Recovery PartitIon and open Disk Utility and run First Aide. If any errors appear after running FA 3 times that indicates the internal drive is damaged and in need of replacement.
