I have the iPhone 8plus running iOS 13.3and just bought myself a pair of second gen AirPods. However when I follow the instructions here and go to notifications there’s no option to announce with Siri. Am I missing something?

Ended up fixing it by forgetting the AirPods and then reconnecting them.

Siri is working fine. I just don’t have the Announce with Siri option

Settings > Siri & Search and make sure that Listen for "Hey Siri" is on.
