My series 1 Apple Watch doesn’t show an update available.

My Apple Watch doesn’t show the newest update. It shows the last update was 4.3.2 and that it is updated to latest software. How do I update my watch to the latest?

Apple Watch, watchOS 4

You need to use the watch app on your iPhone to get updates. You are way behind in watchOS. The current version is watchOS 6.1.1.
