Website does not open

Sometimes i have to use a new website for my college but they give me error message, some saying your browser doesn’t supporting or your browser doesn’t have the requirement. Do you have any tips or advice?? thank you

Assuming you are using iPadOS 13.x, per the signature in your question, you may be experiencing difficulties with the Safari’s new (default) “desktop” mode. Whilst rare, some websites report errors or compatibility issues.


The common workaround for this issue is to change the default browser mode for the affected site - and instead use Safari’s legacy Mobile Website setting...


Starting at the webpage that reports an issue, touch the aA icon at the left edge of the address bar - an Action Menu will appear. From the Action Menu options, select Website Settings - then deselect Request Desktop Website - then touch Done.


In most cases, pending update of the webpage to support the new Desktop setting, this will solve the problem.
