I no longer need additional iCloud storage, and I've used instructions that I found online to downgrade to the free storage. I've tried to downgrade using my iPhone and mac, but when I click on 5GB - free storage, the option to confirm doesn't show up. So I can't downgrade it. Has anyone else had this issue?
Someone posted they had talked to Apple Support and the check indicates it is downgraded, but you can't click Done because you still have an active subscription. You can contact iTunes Support if you want to confirm that. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
Perhaps you should contact Apple support. Go to Apple.com, and use the Support link to the right top of the page.
