I’ve received an email from Apple

I’ve received an email saying that I violated the agreement with Apple, and that my appleID has been used by someone in the country of Comoros. Therefore Apple has blocked it temporarily...

I’d like to know if it’s a hoax. I haven’t used AppleID for a while, and never from Comoros!

what should I do?

The email said support@web.appsupport.com

I look forward to hearing from you,

While it can be beneficial to Apple to track such bogus emails, it is by no means mandatory to send the email to them. The key thing to remember, is to not reply to, or otherwise act on the bogus email.
