Hi how do I restore messages I’ve accidentally deleted?

iMessages are located in your iPhone backup. If you have deleted an iMessage, as long as you are not using iCloud Messages, you can restore your iPhone to a backup that was made when the message was on the iPhone. Realize that this will delete everything on the iPhone since that update.
