MacBook Pro 16" keyboard lagging and skips letters when typing

For example while typing this comment, I had to delete some words and type them again because the keyboard skips my inputs, it has a very real lag between each time I type and it's causing me serious productivity setbacks.

I paid around $4,800, my returning period is over. I feel robbed.

Had to use my old Mbp15" 2015 laptop to finish typing my monthly reports because it was just impossible to rewrite almost every single word in this unfortunate keyboard. Also while writing code it's frustrating, so many typos and missed letters.

Yes, the speakers are awesome, but refrain to buy this first edition of the MPB16.

They haven't solved the keyboard issues since 2016 models and now this one. For me the keyboard and the typing experience represent 90% of what a laptop can do, I waited 2016-2017-2018-2019 for Apple to fix it, it wasn't worth it.

What are my options? Am I stuck with this investment for 6 years+ ??
