can I delete a migrated iPhoto library

I need to free up space on my Mac. I have a "migrated iPhoto Library" of 212 GB in Finder. Do I delete this? My "Photos Library" is only 70GB (but may be due to optimized photos in conjunction with iCloud)

You can if you wish, and are happy that all your images have been correctly migrated to Photos.
