iPhone Xs not charging

My iPhone was not charging even tho it’s plugged in. After that i restarted the phone and it started charging again. This has been happening for 3 to 4 times.

Device:iphone xs

ios version:13.3.1

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

If no help, Check “Battery Health” in the link:
