I am missing calls on my phone because it doesn’t always ring. It is not in silent mode and the ringer volume is up high, but even when when the phone is in my hand, I will miss calls.
I did read advice on the forum from others with the same issue and am still having the problem.
Go to Settings > Phone and see if Silence Unknown Callers is turned on.
