d. export the recipes from The Recipe Box into Paprika3.

I am trying to import recipes from The Recipe Box App. This app is no longer being updated. I have an older iPad with version 10.3.3 as the last update. I can't figure out how to import these recipes into Paprika3. The instructions on how to do it does not seem to line up with my old version. We do not have a computer, accessing iCloud where the recipes stored can only be accessed from the iPad.

I am purchasing a new iPad after the recipes are moved into Paprika3.
