I've been having this weird thing where everything there's a faint noise before the haptic feedback on my iPhone 11, it's a really faint sound, and then I feel the vibration and hear an actual haptic sound, this happens even if my phone's on silent and even if I disable all haptic feedback throughout the system. Is this normal?
Running iOS 13.3.1

Try a forced restart of your 11:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If you get no improvements, since your device is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
