Iphone is glitching, idk what to do

My iphone X has been crazily glitching and bugging out for the past few months and keeps getting worse. it is as if someone is swiping on my phone or sometimes it just goes crazy and i cannot even touch my phone becuse it is all over the place. the glitching is really bad and unmanageable, and now even a portion on the top part of my screen has no sensory ability and if i want to click something on the top of my screen i cannot. The back of my phone cracked and one part of it has some of the inside hardware showing, so this may be a reason for the glitching. i just dont know what to do.
