I signed up for the one year trial about 5 weeks ago and we watched a couple episodes of See. Busy with a home sale I didn’t access it again until 2/7 and now the only way to watch anything is by signing up for the 7 day trial.

its weird also that I can’t find any record of signing up in my account purchases or subscriptions.

The offer is tied to the device, and you would need to sign in with your ID to claim the offer. If you are out of the country then you will need to wait until you are back, you have 3 months from device activation to claim the offer. If you still have the issue upon your return then you can call support at that time.

Those terms of use would apply for your ID in general as you are not permitted to use it in another location. You could have then applied the offer before you left.

Any issues with the phone itself would be separate from this and you would need to seek assistance in a separate thread.
