How do you move apps from an iPhone to a Mac Book?

You don't. Apps on the iPhone will not work on the MacBook. Just like apps on the MacBook will not work on the iPhone. They are two different things.

As the apps are not compatible, there is no method to do so, and Apple no longer has a means to load apps from the computer to the iDevice.
