Old email used as Apple ID

Apparently ,I have changed the email address that is linked to my Apple ID and it shows my email was changed too. However the settings in my iPhone and iPad still shows the old email address in my Apple ID . Does anyone know what’s going on and how to solve it ?

Do you know for sure if you changed it? Perhaps you added a second Apple ID instead. Having two Apple IDs is OK, but some problems may develop; generally they can be overcome. If you changed it, see this read: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204071 It tells you what to do after changing your Apple ID.
