Hello,
recently I got around to update my Macbook Air to Catalina. Everything works fine but after the update I cannot open the App Store. The app itself opens but it just shows a grey screen and nothing else. After clicking on it I can only force quit it.
So far I tried deleting the App Store cache and rebooting my Mac. Nothing works

I understand from your post that you are unable to open the App Store after updating your Mac to macOS Catalina. I recommend testing the issue while your Mac is in safe mode and/or in a new user account. This will help determine the cause of the issue.
