I have set up my iPhone, installed a backup from iCloud, and want simply to backup to my computer.
When I connect via a USB port, iTunes starts up and and says "welcome to your new iPhone". On the same page, it gives me 2 options - setup as a new iPhone, or load data from a previous backup on the computer. I want neither. How do I get around this, to simply backup my iPhone to the computer?

The wording on that message could be much clearer in my opinion. When I first encountered it I thought the setup as new iPhone option might erase data on my phone or do something else to the phone. It doesn't and that is the option that you should choose.
